Enserve is a service request platform. To process the requests you submit, we collect and store personal information. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your own data.
What we collect
When you create an account or submit a service request, we collect:
- Identity data — full name, email address, profile picture.
- Request data — the form fields you fill in for each service (varies by service), documents you upload, and payment confirmations.
- Usage data — pages you visit on the platform, actions you take, and the device / browser you use, collected to keep the service running smoothly and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To process and track the service requests you submit.
- To communicate status updates, approvals, and rejections.
- To authenticate you when you sign in.
- To monitor the platform for errors and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax records, regulatory audits).
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the parties needed to fulfil your request:
- The service provider handling your application (the institution that issues the document, license, or approval you applied for).
- Our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring). Each is contractually bound to protect your data and process it only on our instructions.
- Law enforcement when compelled by a lawful order.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and request data is retained while your account is active and for as long as required by the issuing institution or applicable law (typically 7 years for financial records). When you delete your account, identifying information is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally mandated.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — see what data we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete — close your account and have your data removed (subject to retention obligations above).
- Export — receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Object — refuse processing that isn't strictly necessary to deliver the service.

Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or above. Data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted, audit-logged, and protected by multi-factor authentication.
Cookies and tracking
We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or social tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications take effect immediately and the “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
